Who We Are
Ann Young, Director of Care Services, has a BA in Social Science/ Management, a Cert IV in Aged Care, Cert IV TAE, Cert IV Frontline Management and 24 years of experience in Aged Care in various roles, i.e. Home Help, Care Aide, Care Coordinator, and most recently as Business & Marketing Manager and Director of Care Services establishing a private home care business in Perth.

Service Agreement With
All care staff have a Cert III or Cert IV in Aged Care, Community or Disability Services, a current National Police Clearance, First Aid Training and appropriate up-to-date Manual Handling and Medication Skills.
They also have experience in caring for the elderly, disabled and palliative people and are passionate about a high quality of care.
You can either pay private fees or use your government funding. Country Mile Home Care is an Approved Provider for Commonwealth Home Care Packages Level 1-4. We also act as a sub-contractor to a number of Not-For-Profit Service Providers using the Commonwealth Home Support Program(CHSP) or the Commonwealth Respite + Carelink funding. You can also combine the two payment types and top-up your government funded package with privately paid hours.
Our services are individual, flexible and based on the Consumer Directed Care approach, so our clients get the care and support they want, not “what’s available”.
