Country Mile Home Care is only a few months old but has now secured service agreements with a number of major providers and funding agencies for Respite and Commonwealth Home Support Programme Providers!
Carers in the South West, Great Southern, Peel, Wheat Belt, South East and Goldfields regions can now use their funding under the Carer’s Respite to engage the services of Country Mile Home Care for in-home respite, as we now subcontract to the Red Cross/ CRCC and CRCC/ ACNA, Silver Chain.
We are also proud to announce that we can deliver services to clients who access a Home Care Package through Silver Chain in all of Western Australia, as Country Mile works with Silver Chain to provide more choice and flexibility to Silver Chain clients.
Other providers include Home Care Assistance Perth (West Coast and South Metro) and we are looking forward to also work closely with Bethanie Country Services.
